Terms and Conditions

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all contractual relationships with Hochparterre Bücher AG.

Orders / Property:
All orders are generally binding and a legally valid sales contract is created. Delivered goods remain the property of Buchhandlung Hochparterre Bücher until full payment has been received.
Deliveries within Switzerland take usually 2 to 4 business days.
Titles that we reorder abroad may have a longer delivery time. You will be informed by e-mail if there are delivery problems or longer delivery times. The information on the delivery period is non-binding.
Temporarily unavailable titles will be reserved for you. You have the possibility to cancel these orders.
The bookshop is entitled to partial deliveries and partial invoices. If partial deliveries are made, the bookshop will bear the additional shipping costs.

Price quotations:
All prices include VAT. The prices quoted are without guarantee and subject to any price changes by publishers or suppliers. We reserve the right to make price adjustments in exceptional cases.

Store pickup:
With the option "Store pickup" you have the possibility to reserve your ordered product for 10 days and pick it up in our bookshop. 

Shipping costs Switzerland:

Flat-rate shipping and handling costs: CHF 6.00

Free of postage: Orders from CHF 100.00

Deliveries abroad:
With prepayment, at actual postage cost with SwissPost. Foreign clients please write an e-mail to: info@hochparterre-buecher.ch 

Return shipment:
Articles with manufacturing errors and wrong deliveries will be exchanged for another copy. The return shipment takes place on your own risk.

Terms of payment:
On account: payable within 14 days.

Law:
We reserve the right to change the general terms and conditions at any time. The provisions of Swiss law apply. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
