For deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein we charge:

Standard rate: CHF 6.00

Free shipping: orders above CHF 100.00

Deliveries abroad:
With prepayment, at actual postage cost with SwissPost. Foreign clients please write an e-mail to: info@hochparterre-buecher.ch 

Delivery periods:
Usually: 2 to 5 business days.
Titles that we reorder abroad may have a longer delivery time. You will be informed by e-mail if there are delivery problems or longer delivery times. The information on the delivery period is non-binding.

Store pickup:
With the option "Store pickup" you have the possibility to reserve your ordered product for 10 days and pick it up in our bookshop. 

Return:

Articles with manufacturing errors and wrong deliveries will be exchanged for another copy. The return shipment takes place on your own risk.
